Barbara Jean’s endless summer of surf and sand has become research and reconnaissance…  It seems that there has been alot of head scratching, rephrasing and wordiness to replace the cocktail hour.  All for a good cause, though.

Learning about other authors, publishers and agents has been interesting.  The process feels like an intense job search.  You have to remain professional, but inside you admit the passion and love for what you really want to happen.  You know it’s a great story and want to get it to the right people to share it and enjoy it with you.

Now it’s a little beach time to make up for typing time.
